OBJECTIVE OF OUR E-MOBILITY CoE

The ultimate goal of our E-Mobility CoE is to help individuals become knowledgeable and skilled in electric vehicle technology, thereby, contributing to advancement in field of electric vehicle technology. We are aimed at providing individuals with a practical, hands-on learning experience in electric vehicle technology and developing skills in areas such as EV design, battery pack design, manufacturing, and maintenance. For the development of EVs, more scope has to be generated in the research and innovation and our CoEs can become an effective tool to foster that.

Hybrid Vehicle Model Training & Simulator Set up
Atrainingmoduledesigned to impart complete knowledge and provide detailed training of Hybrid Electric Vehicles (HEV). The training module includes the working phenomenon of hybrid vehicles, pairing and unpairing of electric powertrain & ICE powertrain for driving the vehicle.
Retrofitted Hybrid 2-Wheeler
Custom-made training module to make the trainees learn the important aspects of retrofitting of electric conversion kits in previously ICE powered vehicles. This also assists trainees in developing the knowledge of sync of ICE and electric powertrain.
2-Wheeler Test Rig with Data Acquisition

Electric 3-Wheeler Training Exploded View Kit offers a comprehensive, hands-on learning experience, allowing trainees to explore the intricate components of electric 3-wheelers.From the motor and battery system to the chassis and suspension, each component is labelled and easily identifiable, facilitating a deeper understanding of EV technology.
Battery Manufacturing Raw Material
This kit includes lithium cells, cell holders, nickel strips, wires, BMS that are required to develop a DIY 15 Ah lithium battery kit. The battery manufacturing DIY kit with raw materials can be quintessential in helping the trainees to develop understanding of lithium battery pack manufacturing processes like spot welding, proper packaging etc.
Internal Resistance Tester
The Internal Resistance Tester is an essential tool for evaluating the health and performance of batteries with precision and reliability. Very much helpful in the battery pack manufacturing process as each cell has to be tested for its internal resistance before being selected for its use in a battery pack.
