Role overview
The Tender Executive manages the end-to-end tendering process including identifying opportunities, preparing bid documents, and ensuring timely submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search and identify tender opportunities from various portals.
- Analyze tender documents and eligibility criteria.
- Prepare and compile bid documents per client specifications.
- Coordinate with finance, legal, and technical teams.
- Handle online and offline tender submissions.
Requirements: BBA, Commerce, or B.Tech. 0–1 years tendering experience. Familiarity with GeM and eProcurement portals.
