Sales Executive

We are hiring a Sales Executive who is passionate about sales and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, meetings, and field visits.
• Present and explain products/services to potential clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain customer records and follow up regularly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Prepare sales reports and updates for management.

Requirements:

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer handling.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
• Field sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
