Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Videographer & Video Editor who can independently manage the end-to-end video production lifecycle—from conceptualization and shooting to editing and final delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a strong creative vision, technical expertise, and the ability to translate ideas into impactful visual content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end video production including concept development, storyboarding, filming, and post-production
- Capture high-quality video content for corporate communications, branding, product showcases, and digital marketing campaigns
- Operate and manage professional camera equipment, lighting setups, and audio recording tools
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos aligned with brand guidelines
- Incorporate motion graphics, animations, transitions, sound design, and color grading to enhance output quality
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, and leadership teams to deliver engaging content
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and project objectives
- Maintain an organized archive of video assets and production files
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging tools, and creative techniques
Required Skills & Competencies:
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in videography and video editing
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of cinematography principles including framing, lighting, and composition
- Working knowledge of motion graphics and post-production workflows
- High attention to detail with strong storytelling and visual communication skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in corporate, startup, or product-based environments
- Familiarity with social media platforms and video optimization for digital channels
- Basic photography and graphic design skills
- Knowledge of drone videography (optional but advantageous)
