Job Summary:
We are looking for an organized and proactive Service Coordinator to manage service operations and coordinate between customers, technicians, and internal departments. The candidate will be responsible for scheduling service activities, handling customer queries, maintaining service records, and ensuring smooth service operations.
Key Responsibilities
Service Coordination:
- Coordinate daily service activities and technician schedules.
- Assign service requests to technicians and ensure timely completion.
- Monitor service progress and ensure quick resolution of technical issues.
Customer Support:
- Handle customer service requests, complaints, and queries professionally.
- Provide updates to customers regarding service status and repair timelines.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
Service Documentation:
- Maintain service records, job cards, and maintenance reports.
- Track vehicle service history and update service databases.
- Prepare daily and monthly service reports for management.
- Mail Communication With the Clients.
Coordination with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with Service Technicians, QC team, and Logistics department to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate for spare parts availability and service requirements.
- Ensure all service activities follow company policies and quality standards.
Operational Support :
- Monitor service center workflow and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Assist management in improving service processes and response time.
Required Skills:
- Good communication (English & Hindi) and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of automobile or electric vehicle service processes.
- Ability to manage multiple service requests and schedules.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Office, service reporting systems).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Qualification:
- Diploma /B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in service coordination, operations, or customer support preferred.
- Freshers with good technical understanding and communication skills can also apply.
